Role Overview

Join us as a Sales/Customer Service Representative and become the public face of leading brands at promotional events. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on natural, engaging conversations that drive results.

Core Duties
Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned activations
Learn brand and campaign details thoroughly before each event
Initiate conversations with consumers in a natural, approachable manner
Explain products and promotions clearly and answer questions confidently
Close interactions professionally when conversations reach a natural end
Record shift activity and consumer feedback accurately
Attend training sessions between activations and apply learnings on the job
Contribute to team success by meeting individual and group targets

Ideal Candidate




No experience required—full training provided
Enjoys talking to strangers and finds it energizing
Consistent enthusiasm for representing brands
Growth-minded—understands advancement comes from performance
Previous experience in brand promotion, events, retail, or hospitality is a plus
Full time availability and reliable transportation to North York locations required
