Responsibilities
Provide expert hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering professional advice.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe workplace for clients and staff.
Experience
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a robust portfolio of haircutting and styling skills.
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their desired looks.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
Previous experience working at the front desk or handling retail sales is a plus.
A passion for current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
