Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant at our electrical shop. This role involves assisting customers at the front desk while also supporting warehouse operations such as inventory management and product handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Process sales, orders, and payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Receive, organize, and store incoming products in the warehouse
Pick and pack orders accurately
Assist with inventory tracking and stock counts
Ensure products are labeled and stored properly

Requirements:

-Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge




Ability to lift and move products (up to [weight, e.g., 30 lbs])
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
Previous retail or warehouse experience is an asset (but not required)
