Position: P&D; Driver-Class 5 Driver with air brakes
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday - 7am
Remuneration: $25/hr
Basic Duties:
Pick-up and delivery of TL/LTL freight to and from various customers in and around Grande Prairie.
Operating a pallet jack, power walker, forklift to load and unload freight
Manual lifting up to 50lbs
Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 operator’s license.
Class 1 operator’s license an asset.
General knowledge of the freight industry.
Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding secure operation of commercial vehicle, safe handling of dangerous goods, hours of service.
Able to pass a medical exam (including drug & alcohol, hearing and back) as condition of hire.
Forklift operation including loading and unloading freight.
