Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Professional Sales Consultant with Interior Decorating experience to join our team. This is not a position for a cashier. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position has a starting salary, based on experience plus additional commission based on volume of sales.Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services - Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products Qualifications - Previous experience in retail sales of mid to high end furniture - Diploma or experience in Interior Decorating - Solid sales support skills, including lead generation and follow-up - Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Robust negotiation skills to close deals effectively - Knowledge of sales management techniques and tools - If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
