Key ResponsibilitiesRent & Lease Management
Condominium rent collection and enforce lease terms
Handle lease abstractions, renewals, and tenant communications
Monitor arrears and coordinate with legal if required
Financial Oversight & Reporting
Maintain accurate bookkeeping, including AP/AR
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
Support ownership with budgets and cost controls
Reconcile bank accounts and help with year-end packages
TMI / CAM Administration
Calculate and reconcile annual TMI (Taxes, Maintenance & Insurance) or CAM
Allocate shared costs as per leases
Assist in annual budgeting and recovery planning
Set up Condominium meetings and documents associated
Tenant & Vendor Relations
Act as the main contact for tenants across multiple sites
Coordinate service providers and maintenance activities
Respond to emergencies and tenant issues (includes carrying a company phone)
Qualifications
5+ years in retail or condominium commercial property management
Knowledge of lease administration, TMI/CAM, and property bookkeeping
Proficient in QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar tools
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and self-directed
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across Ontario
