Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor cooking processes, adjust temperatures, and timing to produce perfectly cooked dishes
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient workflow during busy periods




Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining proper storage practices
Support the team in plating dishes attractively and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets brand standards

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Proven experience in cooking, meal preparation, and food handling within a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean, secure kitchen workplace
Experience working with serving staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders is advantageous
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing positively to team efforts
