Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and patient education. This role requires a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental office procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, explaining procedures, and coordinating appointments to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
Explain dental procedures, treatment options, and financial policies clearly and compassionately
Schedule patient appointments efficiently while accommodating their needs and preferences
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage and payment options
Maintain accurate records within electronic medical records systems
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and communication




Follow up with patients on treatment progress and address any concerns or questions
Assist in administrative tasks such as confirming appointments, processing payments, and updating patient information
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols

Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly preferred, especially in a treatment coordination role
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office management software
Solid understanding of insurance processes and benefit verification
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Experience with dental office operations

Pay: $20.43-$36.75 per hour
