Join Stonehenge Therapeutic Community as an Addictions Nurse Practitioner. Provide comprehensive care in diverse settings, promoting recovery and harm reduction strategies in a supportive setting.The Nurse Practitioner team at STC delivers critical addiction medicine services including virtual care, in-home support, and community clinics throughout Waterloo-Wellington. Candidates passionate about addiction medicine will work collaboratively with a skilled team, supporting individuals with substance use disorders in various environments.



Professional development opportunities and a commitment to compassionate care drive this role's impact.Key Responsibilities:Conduct advanced health assessments for patients with addictionsManage co-existing health conditions effectivelyUtilize evidence-based interventions for diverse client needsProvide clinical advice to health professionals and community groupsEmphasize harm reduction and recovery-oriented approachesRequirements:Baccalaureate in Nursing required, Master's preferredCurrent RN(EC) or NP registration with Ontario CollegeExperience in community or primary care settingsKnowledge of addiction medicine and prescribing narcoticsStandard First Aid/CPR Level C certificationElevate community health by offering evidence-based, compassionate care in addictions at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
