The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team! You’ll be the go-to person for our clients—handling inquiries, processing orders, supporting in-store visits, attending tradeshows, and ensuring every client interaction is smooth and memorable.

What You’ll Do:
Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and flair
Provide product information, pricing, and availability
Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist with marketing materials and social media content
Travel across Canada for tri-annual tradeshows
Stay up-to-date on our products and the latest in medical aesthetics

Who You Are:




Experienced in customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in marketing or medical aesthetics)
Bilingual: French & English
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers; experience with CIN7, Shopify, Photoshop, Gmail, and/or Canva is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver
Thrives in a quick-paced, collaborative environment
Excited about travel within Canada
