West Coast Grill sits right on the water at the Oceanfront resort in Sooke — and behind our line is a prep team that takes local, fresh ingredients seriously. We're looking for an experienced, quick-paced Prep Cook who takes pride in precision, consistency, and keeping a kitchen running like clockwork.

What you'll do:
Prep fresh, local ingredients daily — think local sockeye, sablefish, and produce sourced close to home
Keep station organized, stocked, and ready before service hits
Follow recipes and portioning standards without losing speed
Maintain food safety and cleanliness like it's second nature
Work alongside a line cook team that has your back — and expects the same from you

What you bring:
Prior prep cook or kitchen experience in a quick-paced, high-volume restaurant
Solid knife skills and a sharp sense of timing
Reliability — we need someone who shows up ready, every shift
A calm head when the ticket rail fills up
FoodSafe certification (or willingness to get it)
