Duties
Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth workflow
Perform general cleaning and debris removal to maintain a protected and tidy work environment
Support tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas as needed
Help with basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or installing fixtures under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site safety guidelines




Conduct routine inspections of the work area to identify hazards or issues that need attention
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling repeatedly
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
Reliable with punctuality and dependable attendance habits
