We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Process sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers
Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently




Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online channels
Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment

Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Sales acumen with a focus on upselling and enhancing the customer experience
Familiarity with technology products or technical sales is a plus but not required

Shift and Schedule

Weekdays, Weekends as needed, Night shifts

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour
