AltaML is looking for a part time Legal Director to serve as the key legal advisor while managing contract negotiations and corporate governance obligations. Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and manage a variety of commercial agreements
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards




Coordinate board agendas and investor relations materials
Lead legal support for M&A; and strategic partnerships
Supervise outside counsel to optimize legal resources

Requirements:
J.D. with Law Society of Alberta valuable standing
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in corporate law
Proven corporate governance and cap table knowledge
Familiarity with SaaS or tech contracts
Solid ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
