Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Collaborate with team members to meet service times during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management




Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably within a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
