Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our team at Recent Dundee Trucking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the secure and efficient transportation of Roll-Off containers from various sites for our yard at Dundee Recycling. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, an excellent driving record with a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience with an AZ license. The successful candidate will play a crucial role on our team, interacting and working closely with Dundee Recycling operations and dispatch to ensure smooth and efficient delivery, exchanges and pick-ups of containers for metal recycling.

Duties
Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport containers.
Load and unload containers at designated locations, ensuring proper placement.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, using mobile to record bin numbers.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise from a mechanical standpoint.




Adhere to all regulations related to transportation and waste management.
Perform basic maintenance on vehicles as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Skills
Proficient in commercial driving, particularly lugger & roll-off trucks.
Valid commercial driving license (AZ) is required.
Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus for maintaining vehicle functionality.
Experience with freight handling and logistics is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
