We are seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer with a strong background in plaintiff-side litigation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support files from inception through to resolution.
Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, and court appearances.
Draft pleadings, motion materials, briefs, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients.
Collaborate effectively with legal support staff, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
Minimum of 3 years of post-call experience in personal injury law or plaintiff-side civil litigation.
Strong analytical, advocacy, and drafting skills.
Excellent client service skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
What We Offer
Salary range: $130,000-$200,000 plus bonus; based on experience
