Integrated Construction Solutions Inc. (ICS Ottawa) is looking for an experienced renovation contractor/carpenter (3 to 7 years experience).

Our qualified team of licensed Carpenters and skilled managers will provide guidance and mentorship to help advance your career to the next level. ICS Ottawa is a leading local company in turnkey renovations, additions, structural modifications and custom cabinetry in the residential market in Ottawa.

From demolition to finishing, no detail goes unfinished! Boasting a large workshop in Ottawa South, our custom cabinetry and millwork solutions are top of the line and compliment our extensive experience in residential renovations.

A valid Ontario Drivers License, with a clean driving record (insurable through company fleet insurance), is required.

Responsibilities:

Onsite:
Assist Carpenters and project leads-Setup jobsite and tools
Pickup and deliver materials and tools
General demolition for Renovation
Layout and framing
Installing tile, flooring and moldings
Installing cabinetry and hardware
General cleanup and site tidiness

Workshop:
Assisting Carpenters and leads
Pickup and delivery of materials
Cutting, edging and sanding panels
Cabinetry assembly




Assisting with spraying and finishing of cabinetry
Delivery of cabinets to site
General cleanup and shop tidiness

Experience:

ICS Ottawa is seeking a motivated individual with a robust work ethic and attention to detail to join our team. Pre-Apprenticeship Diplomas or experience in the following areas are an asset:
3 to 7 years experience-Carpentry and Renovation Techniques
Building Construction Technician
Apprenticeship or Carpentry experience
Cabinetry Experience

Skills:
experience with carpentry tools (hand and power tools)
renovation / carpentry experience
