Duties
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
Assist with cleaning duties such as wiping down tables, chairs, and menus
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace




Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus
