Concrete is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years experience managing complex multi-layered creative projects and be available for a 6-month contract.

Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, respond well to quick turnaround requirements, appreciate all aspects of branding and design, and would flourish (remotely) in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary workplace.

This position has the following responsibilities:
Acts as client contact on daily management of projects
Keeps all internal departments informed on account developments
Develops internal briefing documents
Develops client budgets
Manages day-to-day account activities internally and externally
Is proactive at initiating projects internally
Prepares monthly BCR reconciliation

A successful candidate for for this position would have skills and experience in:
Project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of profitability and estimating
Budget management
Proven ability to learn quickly/self starter
