Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information about vehicle needs and costs associated.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Support client's desires to maintain their vehicle's warranty and general safety.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is an asset, enabling effective communication with technicians and customers alike
Proven customer service skills that demonstrate patience, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures enhances credibility and trust with customers
