Property Maintenance and Repairs
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment regularly.
Fix plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
Manage waste, clean public areas, and handle groundskeeping.
Guest Services and Operations
Welcome guests, check them in, and assign rooms.
Answer questions and resolve complaints quickly.
Restock room supplies and oversee cleaning tasks.
Safety and Security
Monitor security cameras and lock facilities at night.
Respond to urgent property or guest problems after hours.
Ensure the building meets health and fire safety rules
Pay: From $38,000.00 per hour
