Oakvillage pharmacy is seeking a part time pharmacy assistant to join our team. This role is intended for individuals who are not pharmacists and are not currently enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, a pharmacy program.

Qualifications:
University diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a pharmacy is a must.

-Strong English communication skills required.

-Arabic-speaking is preferred

-Must have at least general knowledge of Fillware dispensing system.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions.




Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
Label and package medications accurately.
Enter patient information and prescription details into the computer system.
Prepare blister packs.

-Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
