Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This is a seasonal position from approximately August to December, working out of the Westfield location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service for incoming and outgoing loads of agricultural products by weighing, loading, and unloading product
Maintain accurate records of product movement and ensure proper documentation is completed for each load
Operate all equipment associated with the elevator including drags, conveyors, scales, and pits
Perform general maintenance and housekeeping to ensure the yard is always kept clean and safe
Assist with inventory control by verifying shipments, completing documentation, and producing inventory counts when needed
All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail with robust time management
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform manual labour tasks for long periods of time
Physically able to lift 50lbs and climb up to 100 ft
Dependable with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team workplace
Willingness and ability to work at heights
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in an agricultural setting is an asset
Valid G Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
