We are looking for an experienced prep cook to join our team at a busy cafe and catering company. Shifts are Sunday to Thusday from 7am - 3pm. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive perks, and excellent perks.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Slicing deli meats
Chopping fruit, vegetables, and proteins
Assembling catering platters
Preparing a variety of salads
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate and assist the head chef to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation

Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a food service or kitchen setting
Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
