Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food handling tasks, including serving dishes and refilling supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Requirements




Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Previous experience in serving or cashiering roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
