Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide high-quality support and care to our clients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring safety and accuracy
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring workplace
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques to prevent injury
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare staff




Assist with activities that promote mental engagement and social interaction, especially for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is highly desirable
Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or dementia care preferred
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and caregiving best practices
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience
Ability to perform caregiving tasks diligently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Basic skills in cleaning and meal preparation to support overall client well-being
Certification or training in caregiving or health care assistance is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse care environments
