We’re a busy plumbing and HVAC company in Weyburn, SK looking for an Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day. You’ll use your trade experience to visit customers for quotes, organize jobs and crews, support scheduling, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll also work in our software system to track profitability, job performance, and safety metrics. When extreme weather hits, you’ll help handle overflow heating and cooling calls to keep customers taken care of.
What you’ll do:
Visit job sites and customers for quoting and scope checks
Support scheduling and crew coordination to keep jobs on track
Organize and delegate materials and inventory
Use company software to track profits, performance, and safety
Work closely with the owner on planning and daily operations
Jump in on HVAC service calls during peak demand if needed
What you bring:
Red Seal Plumber or equivalent service experience (preferred)
Robust understanding of plumbing/HVAC systems and service workflow
Leadership and communication skills with a focus on getting things done
Comfortable using technology to manage workflow and track results
Reliable, organized, and safety-minded
Valid driver’s licence and clean record
Pay & perks:
$80,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience
Profit sharing based on company performance
