We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Construction Carpenter to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading blue prints for material take off, ordering packages from suppliers, framing floor roof and walls, repairing, and finishing residential structures with precision and craftsmanship.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for materials take off.
Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using appropriate hand tools and power tools
install windows and door.
Assist with plumbing and electrical rough-ins or repairs when required
Maintain a clean work workplace and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use
communicate intended timelines and progress with clients
communicate daily progress and setbacks with project supervisor.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential carpentry or general construction work with a strong understanding of residential construction.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery
Knowledge roofing techniques, siding application
Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical basics is a plus
Robust physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow schematics accurately
Prior handyman experience or experience in construction estimating is advantageous
Valid class 5 driver’s license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed

Pay: $35.00-$49.00 per hour
