Northland Radiator Service is currently seeking a mechanically inclined General Labourer with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and possess basic welding skills, particularly in aluminum and steel.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mechanical assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Washing/Cleaning using chemicals and pressure washer
Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures
Support technicians and tradespeople as needed
Loading/Unloading, Shipping and receiving.
Keep the work area clean and organized
Health and safety conscious.

Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment
Basic tig welding/Alum brazing knowledge and experience with aluminum is an asset
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and perform manual labor




Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed
Valid driver’s license is an asset

Preferred:
Previous shop or field experience
Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of protected welding practices and basic fabrication (Aluminium and Steel)
Forklift/Overhead cranes or equipment operation experience is a plus (ticket)
WHIMS (preferred)
