Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children.
Foster a protected, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and supported.
Support children's individual needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, through tailored caregiving and teaching strategies.
Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and achievements to inform ongoing planning and communication with families.
Encourage positive interactions among children to develop social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support each child's unique developmental journey.

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is essential.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is required.
Prior classroom experience demonstrating ability to manage group activities effectively.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners actively.
Compassionate caregiving approach that prioritizes children's well-being and development.
Certification in early childhood education
