In this hands-on role, you'll support the HR & Admin Manager by owning the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will maintain records and administer performance management, contributing to a high-performance culture. Ideal candidates will thrive in a building role, demonstrating initiative and professionalism throughout their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and reports




• Serve as a contact point for HR policies and benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficiency in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment regulations
• HRIS familiarity and Microsoft 365 proficiency
