- 15+ years of experience in Business project management, Business program management, business transformation, or related leadership roles
- Experience working within enterprise PMO or BPMO environments
- Experience within Banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, operations, or related industries is highly desirable
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives, project governance, risk management, dependency management, budgeting, and change management
- Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications
