We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dozer Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
Operate dozers with precision to perform grading, leveling, and earthmoving tasks according to project specifications
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Assist with the operation of auxiliary machinery such as loaders, excavators, backhoes, graders, and pavers as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans efficiently and meet project deadlines
Support site preparation activities including site clearing, trenching, and backfilling
Maintain detailed records of equipment usage,
maintenance needs, and work progress
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience operating dozers in construction or similar heavy equipment environments
Solid mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery including Caterpillar equipment models
Ability to operate related machinery such as loaders, excavators, backhoes, graders, and pavers effectively
Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in heavy equipment transportation preferred
Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and construction site safety procedures
Prior experience in construction projects involving paving or roadwork is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
