Our client, a highly respected law firm in the Greater Vancouver region, is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to join their team and manage the department.

The ideal candidate brings positive energy, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a professional services or legal workplace.

This role requires a robust understanding of workflow management, with the ability to assess existing processes, identify prospects for improvement, and implement new and efficient work processes to support business operations.

Job responsibilities include but arent limited to:



Support overall department operations and strategy Manage workflow and delegate tasks within the team Provide guidance and support to team members Assist with project coordination and general administrative functions The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years experience in a Corporate Services Department, including management or supervisory experience overseeing one or more team members.

Completion of a Paralegal or Legal Assistant certificate or diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail and organizational skill Salary range: $100,000 $120,000 per year.
