We''re seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to help design, develop, and implement an enterprise-wide Integrated Management System as part of a major business transformation initiative.

Working closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts, you''ll facilitate workshops, develop operational standards and governance, and help create the frameworks that define how work is performed across the organization. % remote, potential for extension This role is ideal for someone with experience in Operational Excellence, Integrated Management Systems, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence who enjoys bringing structure to complex operational settings and enabling large-scale business transformation.

Must Haves 7+ years of experience in O perational Excellence, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence Experience supporting large-scale operational or enterprise transformation initiatives Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with operational leaders and subject matter experts Experience d eveloping operational standard s, procedures, governance documentation, process maps, RACI models,



or operating frameworks Experience coordinating complex workstreams, including managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Nice to Have Experience implementing or supporting Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Knowledge of ISO management system standards (ISO , ISO , ISO , ISO ) Experience within mining, agriculture, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other industrial environments Engineering, Operations, or Health & Safety background Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to design and document Integrated Management System elements Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through structured design sessions Develop standards, procedures, governance documentation, process maps, RACI models, and supporting implementation materials Coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies, and support governance stage gates Ensure management system deliverables align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and adjacent workstreams Support implementation planning, readiness activities, pilot planning, and continuous improvement
