Your experience in criminal law will be essential in advocating for fair prosecution under the BC Crown Counsel Act.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead prosecution efforts under criminal law mandates
Decide on and pursue criminal charges in court
Support and prepare victims and witnesses for legal proceedings
Collaborate within a multifaceted regional legal team
Engage in significant and complex criminal trials

Requirements:
Membership with the Law Society of BC required
Level 2: 6–11 years of call with relevant criminal law practice
Level 3: At least 12 years of call with significant trial experience
Criminal prosecution experience preferred
Travel is a requirement of the position
