Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on mutual funds, ETFs, and pooled investments
• Draft and negotiate investment management and distribution agreements
• Prepare and review fund disclosure documents




• Counsel on securities law and regulatory compliance
• Support international fund distribution and governance matters
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in securities or asset management law
• Solid knowledge of Canadian securities regulations
