Private Pension Partners is searching for a Controller, reporting to the VP of Finance to manage day-to-day accounting and financial analysis for our investment funds and group companies. This pivotal role will oversee financial reporting, asset management, and improve financial processes while ensuring internal controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting for the group and subsidiaries
Lead monthly and annual financial close processes
Manage accounting for real estate acquisitions and developments
Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions
Coordinate audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Chartered Skilled Accountant (CPA) designation
Keen interest in commercial real estate
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Yardi and/or Net Suite software
