The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Director of People and Culture, playing a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. With a minimum of two years in HR, you will administer advantages, support training initiatives, and maintain compliance with employment laws while fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers
Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles




Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding experiences
Provide HR guidance on policies and best practices
Participate in workplace investigations and conflict resolution

Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum two years of relevant HR experience
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with mediation and conflict resolution
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
