In your role as Community Relations and Employment Coordinator, you will provide essential support and guidance to adults with disabilities, ensuring they access valuable job prospects. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete onboarding and eligibility assessments for clients
• Conduct interviews to identify client aspirations and needs




• Create Individual Service Plans and monitor progress
• Organize annual meetings to revise planning documents
• Establish partnerships with local employers and agencies
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant post-secondary education required
• Experience working with individuals with barriers to employment
• Valid First Aid certificate necessary
• Clean driving record with valid class 5 driver’s license
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
