As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will actively support Bayshore's mission and goals while collaborating with the Dispensary Manager. Your expertise is crucial in clinical monitoring, care planning, and patient assessments, enhancing the quality of care. You will supervise pharmacy services and maintain skilled standards, promoting a comprehensive approach to medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals
• Monitor and assess patients' medication therapies
• Program and check infusion pumps for accuracy
• Develop sterile compounding worksheets per guidelines
• Fulfill after-hours requests and manage IV orders
Requirements:
• B.Sc. Pharm or PharmD completion
• Current licensure with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Experience in infusion delivery preferred
• Three months of Kroll dispensary software experience
• Physical ability to perform required tasks
