The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for handling all commercial, government and fleet business, including any special orders. Must present a professional appearance.Key ResponsibilitiesStore liaison for coordinating all broker and fleet/commercial deals for the storeProcess all fleet/commercial and government inventory orders after obtaining the Platform Manager's approvalAct as liaison between the customers and the manufacturer(s) on fleet/commercial sale needsReview all sources for any commercial, government or fleet bid opportunitiesCultivate as much broker and fleet/commercial business as possibleEnsure all broker and fleet/commercial deals comply with all federal and state lawsSubmit deals for banks and ensure compliance with broker and fleet/commercial requirements for the banksMaintain owner follow-up applications that encourage service business and repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfactionNot deliver or place any broker or fleet/commercial orders until appropriate documentation is received from the customerFacilitate new vehicle pre-delivery with the Sales and Service department, including outside vendorsHandle all inquiries regarding broker and fleet/commercial salesPrepare bid proposalsHelp determine monthly and annual forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives and departmental profitsComplete all training as directed by managementFollow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policiesAny other duties as assignedRequirements3 years in automotive salesKnowledge of all types of vehiclesOne year of commercial/fleet sales experience preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401(k)Paid HolidaysWeekly Paychecks$100,000-$150,000 total compensation potentialLocation: Corona, CAEEO #J-18808-Ljbffr
