Become a vital part of the Health Disciplines Resource Team at Unity Health Toronto as a Recreation Therapist. This weekend role focuses on patient therapy in inpatient rehab and palliative care units.

In your capacity as a Recreation Therapist, you will engage with patients to enhance their leisure skills, aiding them to function independently despite various limitations. Collaborating effectively with an interprofessional team, you will assess and implement therapy that promotes physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being.

Your role will also include providing educational support to patients and families as needed.

Requirements:
Member of a recognized Therapeutic Recreation Association
