Become a key player at AIL as a Bilingual Geostructural Engineer! You will lead the design of high-stakes geostructural projects while collaborating with a talented team.

In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and focus on projects like buried bridges and retaining walls. Your expertise in soil-structure interaction and engineering judgment will guide the project lifecycle, from inception through to construction. You will ensure that designs are compliant, constructible, and cost-effective, while also mentoring other engineers for continual growth and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of high-risk geostructural projects
• Evaluate soil-structure interaction principles




• Ensure designs are compliant and cost-productive
• Identify and address technical risks proactively
• Mentor engineers and foster technical growth

Requirements:
• Licensed Qualified Engineer, P.Eng.
• 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Experience with finite element analysis methods
• Robust problem-solving and leadership skills
• Bilingual communication in English and French
