Our client is seeking a Value Creation Partner to lead and further develop the firm’s value creation capabilities and approach. This position will serve on the leadership team alongside the investment partners, leading post‑investment transformation while defining and executing the value creation strategy across the firm’s portfolio. It will also oversee a team of value creation specialists, including generalists, functional specialists and AI resources.
