In this in office position, you will be the main safety resource for active construction projects, focusing on ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You'll collaborate with various teams, perform site inspections, and lead safety initiatives.

Regular monitoring and communication with the project and safety teams will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job site inspections and report findings
Monitor daily field activities for safety compliance
Develop and deliver site-specific safety orientations
Liaise with external safety agencies and stakeholders
Assist in continuous improvement of safety programs

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Safety Advisor
Valid CSO certification in British Columbia required
Advanced First Aid or OFA 3 certification mandatory
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail in safety procedures
