In this in office role based in North Vancouver, you will lead the design of men's climbing and snow apparel. Your extensive experience in technical apparel design will play a pivotal role in creating products that meet athlete needs. You are expected to provide solid guidance to design teams and collaborate closely with merchandising and product strategy counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design direction aligned with brand vision and product strategy
• Empower product design teams for successful execution of seasonal plans
• Lead creative solutions for climbing and snow conditions




• Collaborate on product strategy with women's apparel teams
• Present product direction at seasonal checkpoints
Requirements:
• Degree in Apparel Design, Industrial Design, or Textile Engineering
• 12+ years in technical apparel design with 5+ years leading teams
• Deep understanding of climbing and snow cultures
• Proactive problem-solving and flexibility in ambiguity
• Willingness to travel globally for product research
