Warehouse Installation Network (WIN) is seeking a full time Team Lead to drive in-store sales and lead generation across retail locations in Canada. You will coach a team of in-store sales reps, hit daily and weekly lead targets, and manage partner accounts with vendors to ensure robust performance.
This hands-on leadership role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to operate on the shop floor. Competitive base pay plus bonuses and a transparent growth path are offered.
