Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work workplace. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

Responsibilities
Operate various manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and power tools when trained
Assist with assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)




Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills
Prior experience with manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Valuable communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
